FAQ

Refund requests must be submitted no later than seven days before the event date.

Unfortunately, we can't transfer tickets to a future event. A portion of the ticket fee is allocated in advance to venue hire and catering, which are confirmed based on attendee numbers.

The event is held on the ground floor, so it is accessible to all.

At the event, we will provide tea, coffee, and water. Both cow’s milk and oat milk will be available. A selection of pastries and fresh fruit will also be served.

There are plenty of buses and trams into the City Centre. The closest car parks are Trinity Square Car Park (Tickets can be validated for a discount) and Victoria Centre Car Park.
