This workshop is designed to help businesses strengthen their online presence by enhancing website visibility, usability and performance. It is for new and established businesses that want to strengthen their digital performance without needing technical expertise.

FAQ

Refund requests must be submitted no later than seven days before the event date.

Unfortunately, we can't transfer tickets to a future event. A portion of the ticket fee is allocated in advance to venue hire and catering, which are confirmed based on attendee numbers.

The meeting room is on the first floor. There is a lift (but it is small and not suitable for large electric wheelchairs).

At the event, we will provide tea, coffee, and water. Both cow’s milk and oat milk will be available. A selection of pastries and fresh fruit will also be served.

There is no parking at the venue. The closest car parks are Victoria Centre Car Park or Curzon Street Car Park. There are plenty of buses and trams that come into the city centre, so there is a good transport network.
